The Solar Plexus Chakra is where we hold our personal power, located just above the navel. When this chakra is balanced, we feel motivated, determined, and take action. An imbalanced Solar Plexus Chakra manifests as needing control, fearing failure, feeling no sense of direction, and lacking self-esteem. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Manipura balanced.
This event is open to individuals or all fitness levels and abilities, and no prior knowledge of sound healing or the chakras is required.
What to Bring/Wear:
- Comfortable clothing (optional: in yellow for the Solar Plexus)
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Layers for warmth and comfort during the sound bath
