Saadwill lead the opening with a talk, an exercise and facilitate a discussion. Participants will be invited to share, grounding practices will be offered to support regulation, safety and resiliency. Annabelle will offer Qigong, Pranayama, Acupressure and Sound Healing to close.

Together we’ll honor both ancient and modern traditions of Beltane as a celebration of passion, growth, and wild abundance—igniting our inner fire, honoring the dance between light and shadow, and tending what is ready to bloom.
The session will include a grounding yoga practice, deep active Breathwork, altar creation, guided meditation, and intention-setting in community. You’ll also head home with your own Beltane-inspired spell kit.

Downward Dog is one of the most familiar yoga poses- and one of the most misunderstood.
Join Inne for her workshop where she will break down the foundations of Downward Dog pose to help you build strength, stability, and ease in the pose. You’ll learn how to set up your hands, shoulders, spine, and legs for better alignment, explore common challenges and misconceptions, and discover modifications and prop options to make the pose work for your body.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your practice, this workshop will help you feel more comfortable, confident, and supported every time you step into Downward Dog.
No prior experience required. All levels welcome.

The Sacral Chakra is our creativity center and is located just below the navel. We create, experience healthy emotional expression, and foster intimacy when this chakra is balanced.
An imbalanced Sacral Chakra manifests as creative blockage, emotional instability, and an inability to form or cultivate meaningful relationships. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Svadhisthana balanced.

A Sound Journey is a reset, a gift to yourself, essential self-care.
Through a combination of sound frequencies from varying instruments, this sound healing experience will encourage relaxation, deep rest, and restoration of the nervous system.
All you have to bring is yourself, an open mind, water to rehydrate, and anything you'd like to be cozy such as an eye mask and comfortable clothing.
The studio will provide yoga mats, blankets, cushions, and bolsters. There is no movement required besides getting into a comfortable position for meditation and the sound bath.
Gaby Castro of Song Pine and Stone will lead this session. She is a certified Expert Sound Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner.
Family Yoga is a fun, interactive class where movement meets imagination! Expect animal poses, partner yoga, stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation- all designed for parents and kids to do together. It’s a great way to bond, laugh, and unwind as a family.
