Studio Policies

Cancellations

Required 12 hours prior to the start of class to avoid being charged.

The charge is your class rate.


Refunds

For any extenuating circumstances please contact hello@studiobylivebetter.com
to see if we can offer you a class credit.

To avoid last minute cancellations and to ensure our teachers are compensated for their time and preparation, we do not offer refunds or transfers on our events or workshops.


Late Arrival

We can’t allow entry more than 5 minutes after class begins for students who have pre-registered.

Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.


Parking and Getting Here

Free one hour parking in front of the studio and other free street parking options around the studio.

*Check all signs to see if there are time limits or street sweeping.

The 7 and 18 bus lines drop off just a few steps away from the studio.

The studio is about a 15 minute walk from the Judah and 46th N Muni line stop and the Tara and 46th L Muni line stop.


Lost and Found

Items are placed in the basket by the door. We clear out our basket on the 1st of every month.


Media

We ask that phones be silenced and put away during class to maintain a focused and respectful space for everyone.

It is our policy not to photograph anyone who comes into practice at our studio.

You are welcome to tag us in your own pictures.

*Please do not take pictures of anyone without their permission. We want to respect this space and the privacy of others.


Mats

Yes we have 10 mats available for free if you forget yours.

Mats are first come first serve but you can also let us know ahead of time so we can let the teacher know to keep one for you.

Please wipe them down after use with the cleaning supplies located next to the mat hanging rack.
