They offer a wonderful variety of classes—restorative yoga, yin, vinyasa, longevity, core strong, and pilates—led by skilled and thoughtful instructors (Annabelle, Danae, Cindy, Inne, Robin, Lizzy, and others). Monthly unlimited yoga membership costs less than a massage, yet the benefits extend far beyond the session itself. Through regular practice I’ve noticed HUGE improvements in my mood, sleep, posture, back pain, and overall stress relief. The space also feels more calm and peaceful than your average yoga studio. There are plenty of places you can go to sweat—but this special place is where you go to find wholeness for mind, body and soul."

I attended their free community Yin Yoga class and was not disappointed! The unpretentious warmth and spirit of generosity of this space is a rare find. "I’ve been attending yoga sessions here for the past few days, and I can already feel a beautiful change in myself. Day by day I’m improving, especially through the Hatha Flow practice. A special mention to our teacher, Inne Soemartono. She is truly amazing. The way she guides the class and shares small but powerful insights really helps you connect with yourself on a deeper level. "This place is great! I've only been a couple of times so far, but definitely feel comfortable continuing going back. It's clean and warm, but, honestly, the biggest appeal to me is that the classes aren't super packed. I went to a 9AM Saturday class and a 5pm Monday class and both times I had no concerns about encroaching on another's space. In the future, it would be cool to get a mirrored wall so poses are able to seen easier and to mic up the instructors, but the lack of those things weren't major detractors."
