Third Eye Chakra and Curated Sound Bath
Join Gaby (Certified Expert Sound Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner) for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Ajna, our Third Eye Chakra.

 The Third Eye Chakra is our gateway to inner knowing and intuition, located between our eyebrows above the bridge of the nose. When this chakra is balanced, we are in tune with our inner wisdom and intuitive strength, and experience clarity. An unbalanced Third Eye Chakra can manifest as feeling lost and confused, overthinking, fearing the unknown, and not trusting our intuition.

 This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Ajna balanced.

This event is open to individuals or all fitness levels and abilities, and no prior knowledge of sound healing or the chakras is required.

What to Bring/Wear:
- Comfortable clothing (optional: in indigo for the Third Eye Chakra)
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Layers for warmth and comfort during the sound bath
- Journal and pen
