Heart Chakra and Curated Sound Bath
Join Gaby (Certified Expert Sound Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner) for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Anahata, our Heart Chakra.

 The Heart Chakra is where our lower (physical) and upper (spiritual) chakras connect, and it is located in the center of the chest. When this chakra is balanced, we can effortlessly give and receive love, exude warmth and kindness, and exercise compassion towards ourselves and others. An imbalanced Heart Chakra will manifest as struggling with trust, holding on to grief and anger, and feeling jealous, bitter, and disconnected.

 This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Anahata balanced.

This event is open to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities.

What to Bring/Wear:
- Comfortable clothing (optional: in green or pink for the Heart Chakra)
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Layers for warmth and comfort during the sound bath
- Journal and pen
