In this workshop, we’ll explore anxiety through a mind-body lens. We’ll look at some of the triggers that activate us, common thought patterns that can keep anxiety going, and the personal history and experiences that may shape our responses.
We’ll also explore the function anxiety is trying to serve—what it may be protecting, preparing for, or communicating—before moving toward practical grounding tools to help us reconnect with the present moment and our bodies.
This is an opportunity to slow down, understand ourselves and practice relating to anxiety differently.
* Bring a mug for tea, something to write with and something to write on.
