Sarah Naqvi

Sarah has been a dancer since the age of 5. Having grown up being trained in various different dance styles and a fitness enthusiast, over the last few years, "cardio dance" appeals to her the most as it is a perfect blend of an intense workout while also having a great time.

Sarah is a Certified Turn It Up Dance Fitness Instructor. She is passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming class where everyone - no matter what their level - feels confident, supported, and excited to move.
