Inne Soemartono

After spending several years in the corporate world, Inne felt a strong pull to deepen her connection with yoga.

In 2019, she completed her yoga teacher training and began teaching. While she now guides others in their practice, she still considers herself a lifelong student— continually learning, growing, and evolving. One of the most meaningful aspects of this journey has been the people she has met along the way. Yoga has connected her with diverse communities, and that sense of shared experience and connection remains one of the most valuable parts of this path.

Inne is a Certified Yoga Teacher 200 hr and 300 hr. She completed her training from Folk Yoga Studio, San Francisco (formerly, Yoga Garden San Francisco). She obtained specialty trainings in Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga. She is also experienced a Mom and Baby, Teens and Kids Yoga Teacher.

Her teaching style is grounded, mindful, and accessible. She focuses on creating a supportive space where students can slow down, tune into their breath, and connect with their bodies with awareness and compassion. Her classes are guided by intention, thoughtful sequencing, and a balance between strength and ease.

Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, her goal is to help you feel present, centered, and empowered—both on and off the mat.

Hatha Flow

This class blends mindful movement with intentional alignment. Guided by the breath, you’ll move with awareness of your body and honor your pace. Each pose is held with proper alignment to build strength, balance, and focus, creating a smooth, grounded flow that connects body, breath, and mind.

This flow is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.

Vinyasa Flow

In this class we will connect movement with breath as we transition through a series of poses. Expect to develop strength and make progress with each practice.

This class is suitable for a diverse range of yoga levels.
