Throat Chakra and Curated Sound Bath
Join Gaby (Certified Expert Sound Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner) for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Vishuddha, our Throat Chakra.

The Throat Chakra is located at the center of the throat, right where our thyroid is, and serves as our center of expression and communication. A balanced Throat Chakra leads to expressing ourselves authentically, speaking our truth, and listening deeply. When unbalanced, we experience feeling misunderstood, being afraid to speak up or talking too much, and dishonesty.

 This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Vishuddha balanced.

This event is open to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities.

What to Bring/Wear:
- Comfortable clothing (optional: in blue for the Throat Chakra)
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Layers for warmth and comfort during the sound bath
- Journal and pen
