Our sound bath and meditation includes the use of crystal sound healing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and various other sound healing instruments.

Attendees will bring what they need to be comfortable during the session- mat, eye pillow and water. Studio will provide bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets.

After a curated meditation, instruments will be played to create an immersive and transformative sound bath.
