Workshop Details
What is sound healing? What happens in a sound bath? Can sound really heal you? We’ll answer these questions and dive into the basics, history, and benefits of sound healing and sound baths during this Introduction to Sound Healing Workshop.
All are welcome.
There will be a sound bath at the end of the workshop so you can experience this powerful yet gentle healing modality for yourself!
*Studio will provide yoga mats, bring water, an eye mask, pillows, and blankets for comfort.
