Crown Chakra and Curated Sound Bath
Join Gaby (Certified Expert Sound Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner) for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Sahasrara, our Crown Chakra.

The Crown Chakra is at the top of the head and rules over enlightenment, our connection to source, and our highest self. We feel connected to divine guidance, at peace, and universally aware when this chakra is balanced. An imbalanced Crown Chakra manifests as feeling disconnected, controlling, and cynical.

 This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Sahasrara balanced.

This event is open to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities.

What to Bring/Wear:
- Comfortable clothing (optional: in violet or white for the Crown Chakra)
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Layers for warmth and comfort during the sound bath
- Journal and pen
