Gaby Castro Certified Expert Sound Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner is offering a 7-part workshop series on the chakras combined with a curated sound bath around each chakra. We’ll start at the Root Chakra and work our way up to the Crown Chakra. You can attend one, multiple, or all of the workshops. There is a special discount when you register for all 7.
This event is open to individuals or all fitness levels and abilities, and no prior knowledge of sound healing or the chakras is required.
Root Chakra - Sunday, February 22nd 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Join Gaby for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Muladhara, our Root Chakra. The Root Chakra is our foundation and is located at the base of the spine. We ground, find stability, feel safe, have structure, and meet our basic needs when this chakra is balanced. An imbalanced Root Chakra manifests as living in survival mode, leaving the mind and body fatigued and on edge. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Muladhara balanced.
Scaral Chakra - Sunday, March 1st 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Join Gaby for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Svadhisthana, our Sacral Chakra. The Sacral Chakra is our creativity center and is located just below the navel. We create, experience healthy emotional expression, and foster intimacy when this chakra is balanced. An imbalanced Sacral Chakra manifests as creative blockage, emotional instability, and an inability to form or cultivate meaningful relationships. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Svadhisthana balanced.
Solar Plexus Chakra - Sunday, April 12th 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Join Gaby for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Manipura, our Solar Plexus Chakra. The Solar Plexus Chakra is where we hold our personal power, located just above the navel. When this chakra is balanced, we feel motivated, determined, and take action. An imbalanced Solar Plexus Chakra manifests as needing control, fearing failure, feeling no sense of direction, and lacking self-esteem. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Manipura balanced.
Throat Chakra - Sunday, May 3rd 3:30pm to 5:30pm

The Throat Chakra is located at the center of the throat, right where our thyroid is, and serves as our center of expression and communication. A balanced Throat Chakra leads to expressing ourselves authentically, speaking our truth, and listening deeply. When unbalanced, we experience feeling misunderstood, being afraid to speak up or talking too much, and dishonesty. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Vishuddha balanced.
Heart Chakra - Sunday, June 7th 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Join Gaby (Certified Expert Sound Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner) for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Anahata, our Heart Chakra. The Heart Chakra is where our lower (physical) and upper (spiritual) chakras connect, and it is located in the center of the chest. When this chakra is balanced, we can effortlessly give and receive love, exude warmth and kindness, and exercise compassion towards ourselves and others. An imbalanced Heart Chakra will manifest as struggling with trust, holding on to grief and anger, and feeling jealous, bitter, and disconnected. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Anahata balanced.
Third Eye Chakra - Sunday, July 5th 3:30pm to 5:30pm

The Third Eye Chakra is our gateway to inner knowing and intuition, located between our eyebrows above the bridge of the nose. When this chakra is balanced, we are in tune with our inner wisdom and intuitive strength, and experience clarity. An unbalanced Third Eye Chakra can manifest as feeling lost and confused, overthinking, fearing the unknown, and not trusting our intuition. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Ajna balanced.
Crown Chakra - Sunday, August 16th 3:30pm to 5:30pm

The Crown Chakra is at the top of the head and rules over enlightenment, our connection to source, and our highest self. We feel connected to divine guidance, at peace, and universally aware when this chakra is balanced. An imbalanced Crown Chakra manifests as feeling disconnected, controlling, and cynical. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Sahasrara balanced.
What to Bring/Wear:
- Comfortable clothing (optional: in red for the Root Chakra, orange for Sacral Chakra, yellow for Solar Plexus, blue for the Throat Chakra, green or pink for the Heart Chakra, indigo for the Third Eye Chakra and violet or white for the Crown Chakra)
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Layers for warmth and comfort during the sound bath

Refunds requested after attending a workshop would result in a pro-rated charge reflecting the full cost of the workshops attended ($55 per event)
