Gaby Castro Certified Expert Sound Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner is offering a 7-part workshop series on the chakras combined with a curated sound bath around each chakra. We’ll start at the Root Chakra and work our way up to the Crown Chakra. You can attend one, multiple, or all of the workshops. There is a special discount when you register for all 7.
This event is open to individuals or all fitness levels and abilities, and no prior knowledge of sound healing or the chakras is required.
Root Chakra - Sunday, February 22nd 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Join Gaby for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Muladhara, our Root Chakra. The Root Chakra is our foundation and is located at the base of the spine. We ground, find stability, feel safe, have structure, and meet our basic needs when this chakra is balanced. An imbalanced Root Chakra manifests as living in survival mode, leaving the mind and body fatigued and on edge. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Muladhara balanced.
Scaral Chakra - Sunday, March 1st 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Join Gaby for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Svadhisthana, our Sacral Chakra. The Sacral Chakra is our creativity center and is located just below the navel. We create, experience healthy emotional expression, and foster intimacy when this chakra is balanced. An imbalanced Sacral Chakra manifests as creative blockage, emotional instability, and an inability to form or cultivate meaningful relationships. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Svadhisthana balanced.
Solar Plexus Chakra - Sunday, April 12th 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Join Gaby for an afternoon of deep restoration and inner healing focused on the Manipura, our Solar Plexus Chakra. The Solar Plexus Chakra is where we hold our personal power, located just above the navel. When this chakra is balanced, we feel motivated, determined, and take action. An imbalanced Solar Plexus Chakra manifests as needing control, fearing failure, feeling no sense of direction, and lacking self-esteem. This curated experience will include a chakra-focused meditation, sound bath, and workshop on different ways to keep our Manipura balanced.
