  • Jan 1: Set your intention for the month.
    Jan 2: Schedule a Gentle flow or restorative class.
    Jan 3: Take 5 minutes in the morning for breathwork.
    Jan 4: Hold one pose for 2 minutes. Breathe slowly and deeply.
    Jan 5: Take a yin class.
    Jan 6: Create a tiny pre - or post-practice ritual. Chamomile Tea?
    Jan 7: Journal: “what does commitment to myself look like right now?”

  • Jan 8: Take a class that challenges you.
    Jan 9: Try a stronger pose variation.
    Jan 10: 10 pushups—any style. Be kind if you can’t do 10 today!
    Jan 11: 1 minute of energetic breathing.
    Jan 12: Schedule a Power/vinyasa/ or Pilates strength class.
    Jan 13: Play with a balancing pose.
    Jan 14: Journal: “How am I stronger than I know?”

  • Jan 15: 2 minutes of mindful breathing.
    Jan 16: Move with intentional transitions.
    Jan 17: 1 phone-free hour. Can you do it :)
    Jan 18: Body-listening class focus.
    Jan 19: Meditation (guided, silent or in class).
    Jan 20: Midday pause: hand on heart, breathe. Take 5 minutes.
    Jan 21: Journal: “When do I feel most present?”

  • Jan 22: Try a new class or teacher.
    Jan 23: Revisit a pose you avoid, unless it does more harm than good!
    Jan 24: Play in any shape for 5 minutes - explore your rhythm.
    Jan 25: Take a class outside your comfort zone.
    Jan 26: Learn a new breath technique.
    Jan 27: Ask your teacher one question.
    Jan 28: Journal: “What am I ready for?”

  • Jan 29: Reflect on your month.
    Jan 30: Bring a loved one or friend to class.
    Jan 31: Celebration Flow (choice of class) + reward yourself!
