Annabelle Oswald

Annabelle’s path to yoga began through a search for healing. Diagnosed with three autoimmune diseases as a child, she developed an early curiosity about the connection between mind, body, and spirit. This exploration led her to Buddhism and, by age 18, to yoga—a practice that offered both physical healing and a pathway to deeper awareness.

After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020 and 300-hour training in 2023, Annabelle continued her studies in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), deepening her understanding of the body’s energetic systems. Her classes integrate Taoist and TCM principles, including elemental balance, meridian pathways, and living in harmony with natural cycles.

Rooted in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and spiritual wisdom, Annabelle creates a grounded space where students can release, restore, and reconnect with themselves. Whether teaching yin, restorative, or gentle vinyasa, she weaves in the teachings of mindfulness leaders such as Thich Nhat Hanh and Pema Chödrön. Through movement, breath, and presence, her offerings invite students to soften, heal, and remember their inherent wholeness.

Yin and Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

A meditative and deeply nourishing practice, this class blends gentle movement, long-held postures, and intentional stillness to support physical release and energetic renewal.

We’ll begin with slow, mindful movements to help ease tension and prepare the body to relax into supported, long-held poses.

Inspired by the wisdom of Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chödrön, and other mindfulness teachers, occasional readings and intention cards will be offered to invite reflection and deepen the connection with your higher self.

We’ll close with a sound bath to help shift brainwave states and activate the parasympathetic nervous system- guiding you into a space of profound rest and inner quiet.

Gentle Flow Yoga

A slow, mindful practice that blends breath-centered movement with longer pauses in select postures to support strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation.

This class weaves gentle flowing sequences with moments of stillness, allowing time to explore each shape with intention.

Pranayama (breathwork) is integrated throughout to deepen awareness and promote a sense of calm.

All levels welcome, perfect for those seeking a grounding, accessible practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

We explore movement as a moving meditation- accessible to beginners yet rich with opportunities for deeper inner focus. It’s beginner-friendly, but also invites a deeper inner focus. We move mindfully, letting each posture flow into the next with the rhythm of your breath, so your body softens, your mind clears, and you open space for a higher level of awareness and thinking.
