Altynai Baianbek

Altynai began practicing yoga in 2017 with a Hatha-style teacher trained in Rishikesh and later continued with teachers influenced by Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles.

Over the years, yoga has supported her through life transitions, helping her build resilience, inner strength, and a sense of community. Beyond the physical, yoga has guided her inward, giving her the chance to quiet the mind and learn to be present.

Altynai’s teaching style is grounding and motivating. She focuses on moving with intention, breathing with awareness, and cultivating alignment, strength, and mobility throughout the practice. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to share the power of yoga with others.
