Dr. Jeannette Peralta, PhD
In 2007, Jeannette began her spiritual journey that led her to create her healing practice. Her journey involved delving deep into her soul, reflecting, journaling, praying, meditating, forgiving, and loving herself. As part of her creative expression, she delved into her music and dance to heal. She realized she needed to develop a loving relationship with herself, as well as heal from the challenging relationships she experienced with family, friends, partners, and colleagues. After being laid off from her career as a human resources management executive, Jeannette chose to focus on her healing practice, which included Transpersonal Counseling, Hypnotherapy, Quantum Consciousness, Reiki, coaching on self-care, mindfulness, and meditation.
Now, she provides guidance to individuals navigating through work challenges and life changes drawing on her business and healing experience. Jeannette also brings music and dance to her practice. She believes music and movement are essential for maintaining good health. Music and movement promote emotional, social, cognitive, and physical interconnection. She became a Zumba, Zumba Gold, and CIRCL Mobility instructor to integrate her holistic approach to well-being.
Jeannette prioritizes self-care, leading a holistic lifestyle, and is committed to staying grounded, present, and mindful. She maintains a balance of mind, body, and spirit to be fully present in all aspects of her life. Jeannette believes everyone deserves to prioritize their well-being and is dedicated to being a facilitator in their journey.
Jeannette creates an open and safe space for everyone to feel at peace and calm, a space where they can connect body, mind, and soul. She ends her classes with self-love, affirmations, and sound bath, leaving students with a feeling of empowerment, encouragement, love, and their magnificence.
Guided Meditation, Breathwork,
Reiki and Sound Bath
Prioritizing self-care is critical for your overall health and well-being (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually). Gift yourself time where the focus is on you. I will guide you through a meditation using imagery, focusing on your body, mind, emotions, and breath awareness. I will pause to provide space to be, allowing you to feel in silence. I will close with self-love, affirmations, and sound bath, leaving you with a feeling of empowerment, encouragement, love, and your magnificence.
