Avril Dalin
Avril’s teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a practice of returning home to yourself, a space where the mind, body, and breath reunite. Her classes are designed to deepen awareness of how we move, feel, reflect, and relate to our inner experience.
Before her 200-hr certification, Avril spent years following a path that made sense on paper but left her feeling disconnected and burnt out. Yoga became her turning point. What began as a physical outlet quickly evolved into a spiritual practice and life philosophy that offerred her something she hadn’t felt in a long time: a sense of grounded presence and wholeness.
Now, she shares that experience with others. Her teaching invites students into a practice guided by curiosity and compassion rather than performance or perfection. Drawing from the four foundations of mindfulness, she brings awareness to the body, emotions, thoughts, and the patterns that arise moment to moment.
Avril has been teaching full-time since 2021, with experience across gyms, studios, corporate settings, and international spaces like the Philippines. Her approach is accessible, grounded, and deeply human to offer a space where students can feel supported, empowered, and more connected to their natural rhythm.
Mindful Vinyasa Flow
Where movement meets mindfulness. In Mindful Vinyasa, we flow with breath, presence, and intention inviting awareness into the body and compassion into our inner experience. Rooted in the four foundations of mindfulness, this practice helps anchor your attention in the present moment—through sensation, emotion, thought, and breath. We begin slowly, breaking down key postures to arrive in each shape with clarity and strength. From there, we build into a rhythmic flow that invites softness, curiosity, and an almost meditative quality of movement.
What to expect:
- a grounding start and clear intention
- breath-led flow with opportunities for pause and reflection
- alignment cues that deepen body awareness
- invitations to move from curiosity, not perfection
- gentle, consent-based hands-on assists (often just a finger tap to support deeper connection to the body)
- a calming sound bath during Savasana (final resting pose)
This class is intentionally designed to give yourself the space to come home to yourself. You’ll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to your breath, body, and the rhythm of your life.

- progressive muscle relaxation (releasing physical tension)
- sound-based meditation (using tone, music, or silence as anchors)
- mantra meditation (repeating a word or phrase to settle the mind)
- visualization (guided inner journeys to awaken calm or intention)
This class is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. No experience necessary. You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to your inner landscape.
